摘要

In this paper,we reported a comparative study about extraction and identification methods of glyphosat herbicide and its main metabolite amino-methyl-phosphonic acid(AMPA)present in water through direct derivation with 9-fluorenilmehtyl-cloroformiat(FMOCCl)and identification using HPLC with fluorescent and diode array detector(DAD).The calibration curve for the pesticides in range 0.00075-0.0125 mu g/mL was linear and with high degree of reproducibility.The recovery rates and the efficiencies for the pesticides derivation from unionized water were calculated.The efficiencies for glyphosat derivation were less than in the case of metabolite AMPA derivation.The minimal limit for detection in the case of fluorescent detector was 0.047 mu g glyphosat/l water and 0.0155 mu g AMP A/l water,and for diode array detector(DAD)0.3179 mu g Glyphosat /l water respectively 0.1034 mu g AMPA/l water.
