摘要

A simple and sensitive gas chromatographic method for the determination of petroleum products in soil samples was used in order to monitor the chemical and biological remediation processes of soil from a high polluted industrial area.The method involves extraction of the interfering polar compounds from soil with acetone followed by the extraction of petroleum products with n-hexane and removal of the acetone extract with distilled water.The organic extract in n-hexane is purified with Fluorisil (anhydrium magnesium silicate).The petroleum products are determined by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (FID).This method,previously developed,assures high sensibility (detection limit 5 mg/kg d.m,d.m.= dry matter),is accurate and precise.It also gives the possibility to identify petroleum product type after the separation on fractions.
