Excitatory aminoacids(EAA)are responsible for the neurotoxicity in various neurological disorders.Their measurement through the HPLC method from the LCR fluid from paciente with stroke and epilepsy represents a marker in the evolution of the disorder.The possibility of using a neuroprotective therapy is connected with the changes from the criticai days.
