Steam Boilers Chemical Acid Cleaning Cycles Optimization by Internal Deposits Analysis

摘要

This paper intends to predict the optimal periods of time when the acid washing process is recommended to be applied upon a steam boiler installation. All this prediction is made by taking into account the thickness of Fe_xO_y deposits inside the boiler tubes. A final example is given, by considering the 330 t/h steam boiler from FEBraila.
