摘要

Novel boron-containing conjugates based on the alkynylated cobalt bis(dicarbollide) anion and chlorin e6 and purpurinimide p-iodophenyl derivatives were synthesized by the Sonogashira reaction. These conjugates can accumulate in the cancer cell cytoplasm and can be considered as potential candidates for using in boron neutron capture therapy of tumors.
