U.S. Labor Dept. provides aid for ex-Goodyear staff

UNION CITY, Tenn.—The U.S. Department of Labor has paid the remaining $2.1 million of a $3.5 million National Emergency Grant to provide employment-related services to more than 960 workers laid off in the closure of Goodyear's former Union City plant in July 2011.
