Between Pretreatment and Painting

摘要

In high value-added sectors,particu-larly,it is common practice to provide the plastics used with new surface properties by coating or painting.The use of adhesive bonding technology with plastics is also playing an increasing role in many production sectors.Against this background,suitable pretreatment methods are continually gain-ing importance.Given the multitude of pretreatment methods(which canbe car-ried out under both vacuum and atmos-pheric pressure conditions)and the enor-mous variety of plastics materials,it is of-ten not easy for users to decide which pre-treatment method to choose for their specific application.
