An M8 steel bolt screwed into an in-jection molded plastic thread-how much weight will this construction be able to take? This was the sixty-four-thousand-dollar question posed at the opening of two new production plants celebrated by EMS-Chemie(Germany)GmbH at Gross-Umstadt,Germany.Many visitors were really amazed when this question was answered in a spectac-ular demonstration:A car mounted to a fixture hung on only one such bolt fitting.
