摘要

The Dow Chemical Company an-nounced that Cardiff University and Northwestern University have been awarded research grants totaling over USD 6.4 million as part of the 2007 Dow Methane Challenge.Dow initiated the challenge in March 2007 to identify collaborators and ap-proaches in the area of methane con-version to chemicals.The awards to the teams led by Cardiff and Northwestern mark the cuimination of the selection process.
