A rare form of SLE: Pseudo-pseudo meigs syndrome and hydrocephalus

Pseudo-pseudo meigs syndrome or Tjalma syndrome is characterized with increased cancer antigen-125 (CA-125) level, pleural effusion and ascites in SLE patient without ovarian tumor [1]. Here, we present an unusual case with pseudo-pseudo meigs syndrome, who had had to total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoophorecto-my with misdiagnosis of ovarian malignancy.
