Like any industry, there are occasionally serious injuries and even fatalities in rotational moulding. The purpose of these pages is to assist rotational moulding safety staff to assess their risks by reviewing information and details of accidents that is already publicly available, but perhaps difficult to find. It is important to remember that the human cost of serious injury and death continues long after the facts. We ask our members to refrain from contacting any of the companies involved in the incidents.
