摘要

A bis(choloyl) conjugate tethered with a bis(polyamine)-appending rigid linker was synthesized and found to efficiently promote the exchange of anions across egg-yolk L-alpha-phosphatidylcholine-based liposomal membranes. This is in sharp contrast to a previous finding that its analog having two monoamino groups acted as a cation/proton antiporter.
