摘要

A copper-catalyzed [3 + 2] cycloaddition of propargylic esters with beta-enamino esters under mild reaction conditions for the construction of highly functionalized pyrroles has been developed. By employment of a newly developed tridentate P,N,N-ligand, a variety of fully substituted pyrroles were achieved in good to high yields.
