UV curable formulations may be coated onto substrates by many methods including dip coating, wire wound bar, gravure roll and extrusion coating. Using these application methods it has been found that hard coat layers containing cellulose polymers can show superior hardness, adhesion and dimensional stability when used on flexible substrates.
