Ahhh, the lazy days of summer, sitting out on the deck and relaxing with a good book and a wobbly pop. Just can't beat it. I figured summer was a good time to pick up the latest Dan Brown novel and see what those pesky Masons and Illuminati were up to this time. As I got well into the book (and my second wobbly pop) I started to wonder if those pesky Masons or Illuminati had ever messed with our beloved reclamation! After considerable research I discovered, deep in the bowels of CLRA/ ACRSD files and old conference proceedings, obscure references to an Eleventh Commandment - Thou shalt salvage all topsoil for reclamation purposes.
