The largest supplier of extrusion dies in North America is now becoming the die maker that supplies some of the largest dies in North America with the recent expansion of their state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield, MI. Exco USA is one third of the way through their planned three-year 6 million dollars expansion with the installation of new equipment and is already up and running producing 36' diameter tooling. Exco USA is part of the Extrusion Tooling Solutions Group (ETS) which has a total of three facilities in the U.S. and Canada, including: Alu'Die and Exco both in Ontario, Canada and Exco USA in Michigan. The group was founded in 1952 and today produces 50 thousand dies per year.
