MYZEIL AND ZEILGALERIE - IMPRESSIONS FROM FRANKFURT'S SHOPPING DISTRICT

In modern buildings, lifts and escalators not only play an important role as passenger conveying devices, they are also intentionally planned and realised as defining architectural elements. A particularly good example of this is the Frankfurt shopping centre "MyZeil", whose total of eight levels are covered with the system of 24 escalators and eight elevators.
