VWS estimates waste disposal costs

As landfill costs rise and companies are required to keep more detailed waste records, waste management companies are increasingly fitting vehicle weighing equipment to their fleets in a bid to better estimate disposal costs. As part of this trend the weighing company Vehicle Weighing Solutions (VWS) completed a contract in November to fit under body weighing systems to six refuse collection vehicles (RCVs) being run by the London-based commercial waste management company Simply Waste Solutions.
