The Coast Guard reports that two storm systems are continuing to hamper containment and cleanup operations in the Gulf of Mexico.

The first is a small system that is hugging the coast of Louisiana causing rain and heavy seas while the second, a storm system south of the Yucatan Peninsula, has the possibility of becoming the second tropical cyclone of the season.
