Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I) reports it has been picked by Yamal LNG to provide front end engineering & design services for the Yamal LNG project on Russia's Yamal Penninsula in Northern Siberia.

The work is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2012. The project will tap natural gas and natural gas liquids from the South Tambey field which is estimated to have more than 1 million cubic meets of gas reserves.
