The fifth new deepwater drillship Pride has ordered since 2007 is expected to be delivered in mid-2013. Pride Chief Executive Louis A. Raspino said the timing is right "given the availability of attractive new construction pricing and payment terms." The new drillship is based on an Samsung proprietary hull design measuring 750 feet long and 140 feet wide.
