For the full year, LyondellBasell posted $4.47 billion in income, up 7% from $4.17 billion in 2014. Reaping the dividends of vast supplies of cheap natural gas that serves as a feedstock for its plants, LyondellBasell is planning on spending up to $4 billion in capital projects through 2020 along the Gulf Coast with most of the work being planned in Texas.
