The National Hurricane Center is tracking four systems in the Atlantic Ocean that have a 10% to 40% chance of developing into an organized storm

The first (40%) is about 1,175 miles east of the northern Leeward Island and is moving west-northwest at 20 mph. The NHC said the second system (40%) is 450 miles to the southwest of the southern Cape Verde Islands and is moving the west at 20 mph. The third system (30%) is 160 miles to the west-northwest of Bermuda and is moving to the northeast at 20 mph.
