The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management will hold the final in a series of eight fact-finding forums Sep. 13 at the Hilton Lafayette on West Pinhook Road in Lafayette, Louisiana

BOEM Director Michael Bromwich said the forums are designed to collect information and views about deepwater drilling safety reforms, well containment, and oil spill response. Bromwich said he will use this information in his decision whether to recommend any modifications to the scope or duration of the deepwater drilling suspension.
