Magnolia LNG is developing a $4.3 billion LNG export facility near Lake Charles, Louisiana, that would process as much as 8 million tons of LNG a year. The DOE said Magnolia's application indicated it could export as much as 1.08 billion cubic feet per day over 25 years with first shipments expected in 2019.
