The Irvine, California-based alternative energy company added that several of its executives and its acquisition team are in direct talks and negotiations with executives of several companies that it believes would a be strategic fit in the natural gas and wind energy sector. Because of the nature of the talks, none of the other companies were named, Universal Bioenergy reported.
