PSEG Power, a subsidiary of Public Service Enterprise Group, has agreed to the sale of its Texas generating assets.

The transactions have a combined equity value of $687 million and there is no debt attached to the assets. The assets consist of two 1,000-MW natural gas-fired combined cycle generating units that will be sold in two separate transactions. The Odessa facility in West Texas will be sold to municipal utility High Plains Diversified Energy.
