摘要

SDG&E told the California Public Utilities Commission the line is needed because the San Diego area currently gets 90% of its natural gas through one pipeline with the remaining 10% being delivered by a smaller line that was installed in 1949. The proposed line would begin near the Riverside County line and continue south to an existing pipeline on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego County.
