Under the Silo Pipeline Project, Kaiser-Frontier will build 21.3 miles of pipeline and convert 9.9 miles of an existing intrastate pipeline to interstate service to move natural gas from the Silo Gas Processing Plant in Laramie County, Wyoming, to the an interconnection with Wyoming Interstate in Weld County, Colorado.
