摘要

Officials with the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement reported Saturday that it has OK'd a permit by Apache to resume plugging and abandonment procedures at East Cameron Block 278 Platform B. Located in 168 feet of water, the facility is 95 miles south of Cameron, Louisiana. Federal officials said Apache has started mobilizing a drilling rig in the event a relief well is needed to stop the leak.
