摘要

On Dec. 7, the EPA issued an emergency order against Range Resources related to methane contamination of two residential water wells in Parker County, Texas. Senior Judge Royal Furgeson is considering a Justice Department complaint, filed Jan. 20, contending that Range Resources did not comply with three of six provisions in the EPA emergency order.
