Cheniere Energy Partners has hired SG Americas Securities, the US broker-dealer subsidiary of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, as financial advisor to Sabine Pass Liquefaction

Cheniere said the company will act as an advisor for general financial strategy and planning in connection with the development and financing of liquefaction facilities at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal, located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on the Sabine Pass Channel. Cheniere Partners owns 100% of the terminal, which has a sendout capacity -- that is, inward to US domestic pipelines -- of 4 billion cubic feet per day and a storage capacity of 16.9 billion cubic feet equivalent.
