摘要

Chloramphenicol (CAP) is a broad-spectrum antibiotic which can inhibit synthesis of Gram-Negative bacteria and other bacterial proteins. At present, chloramphenicol is widly used in aquaculture, livestock and poultry, so it brought about residues in animal foods [1], it poses a major threat to human health. Therefore the establishment for the detection of chloramphenicol in food is great signifi cance. Energy transfer method is a new analytical technique developed in recent years and has received much attention because of sensitivity and simplicity. It has been applied to the determination of some pharmaceuticals.
