Stimulation of splenic regeneration in rabbits

摘要

Antirecticular cytotoxic serum and ethanolamine were used to stimulate splenic regeneration in rabbits (5 subcutaneous injections in a dose of 5 ml per kg of body weight) following resection of half of the spleen. Animals subjected to the action of stimulants and controls were sacrificed in 30 and 60 days.
