High reduction rolling technology on pair cross mill

The plate mill of Nippon Steel's Kimitsu Works in 1991 introducedthe world's first pair cross (PC) mill used as plate finishing mill.The applica- tion of heavy-reduction rolling to plates is anextremely important issue from the viewpoint of improving steelproperties and productivity.
