Although down in volume q/q, all segments in the ROW region have seen strong consumption growth y/y in Q3 2012. On average copper wire & cable consumption increased by 5.3% y/y, with the strongest growth of 6.1% being seen in the energy cable sector, followed by an increase of 3.8% y/y in the winding wire sector and 2.1% y/y growth in the communication cable sector.
