Delegates at this month's World LP Gas Association (WLPGA) annual forum in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who thought that it would be business as usual were in for a surprise.One of the keynote speakers did not come from the industry at all, but from the more exotic world of public relations - a deliberate choice by the WLPGA (see pp7-10). The LPG industry's perception of itself is not exactly how others perceive the industry, according to US public relations company Fleishman-Hillard senior vice-president and senior partner Marjorie Benzkofer.
