Lukoil grabs Turkey stake

Russian private-sector oil firm Lukoil has bought Turkish firm Akpet,which owns a retail LPG network.The deal,estimated at slightly over 500mn,will help Lukoil take control of more than 5pc of the Turkish LPG and oil products market.Lukoil Eurasia Petrol - a Lukoil subsidiary - acted as the buyer,and the transaction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter.
