US midstream operator Enterprise Products Partners aims to undertake a further expansion at its US Gulf coast LPG export facility on the Houston Ship Channel. Enterprise plans to increase the terminal’s monthly propane export capacity by 1.5mn bl, taking its total export capacity to 9mn bl/month, or 17 very large gas carriers (VLGCs) a month, up from 14 VLGCs/month at present. The expansion will be ready in the first quarter of 2015, the company says.
