Saudi Arabia's state-owned Saudi Aramco surprised the market when it hiked the October propane Contract Price (CP) by a strong $50/t to $680/t.East Asian importers say the new CP is at least $20/t too high. This is upsetting their plans, as several importers secured October arrival cargoes early, based on the October CP.
