Black Sea port makes debut

Romanian firm Rompetrol has finished building an LPG export terminal at the Black Sea port of Midia. It is the country's third LPG sea terminal. The $3.8mn terminal is capable of processing ships with a capacity of up to 4,000m3, according to Rompetrol, which Kazakhstan's state-owned Kazmunaigaz owns. LPG is loaded on the port's berth nine, which is connected by pipeline to two LPG storage units with a combined capacity of 3,600m~3.
