Odessa maintenance hits Black Sea loadings

Maintenance has reduced loadings at Ukraine's LPG terminal at the port of Odessa. The largest Black Sea terminal in the former Soviet Union loaded 66,800t of LPG in September, down by 30pc from August. The Odessa terminal loaded a record 95,500t in August.
