Robust autogas consumption over the next five years - encouraged by the government's decision to extend tax breaks for the fuel - will help Australia's LPG industry out of a demand slump,according to Phillip Westlake of the Australian LPG Association(ALPGA).The ALPGA - which two years ago was predicting a downward trend in consumption - has revised its outlook for autogas demand and now expects the sector to grow at 3.6pc/yr until 2010 as drivers boost LPG use.
