Company recalls combination carbon monoxide, smoke detector

System Sensor recalled its i4 series combination carbon monoxide (CO) and smoke detector models COSMO-2W and COSMO-4W, manufactured between Sept. 3 and Sept. 13, 2014, because of a CO detector issue. The recalled units have date codes 4091 or 4092 printed on the lower left corner of the label on the back of the product and packaging, according to System Sensor.
