The North American Limousin Foundation (NALF) Promoter of the Year is awarded to someone who has advanced the Limousin breed through marketing, education or research.Fred Wacker of Cross Four Ranch, Miles City, Montana, was presented with the Promoter of the Year award at the Annual Banquet January 13. Wacker is a current member of the NALF board of directors and is also chairman of the NALF Visions committee. The event was held in conjunction with the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado.The concept of all-natural beef is still new to some consumers. However, at Cross Four Ranch it has been their way of doing business for quite some time.
