Evaluating land administration projects in developing countries.

摘要

This paper examines the strengths and limitations of the most common approaches to evaluating and comparing the performance of land administration and land titling projects in developing countries. Many of these consider the efficiency of land administration processes and the capacity of institutions. It is argued that improvements are needed in the project design and recommendations for more effective use of socioeconomic analyses.
