摘要

Composite lymphoma is a rare but recognized entity defined as two or more distinct lymphomas arising in a single anatomical site [1]. The majority of reported cases are mycosis fungoides with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and Hodgkin with non-Hodgkin lymphoma [2,3]. We present a composite lymphoma comprisingDLBCL and cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma. Interestingly, the B-cell component regressed after immunochemotherapy, while the T-cell component, comprising small lymphocytes, was overlooked at the initial diagnosis and became transformed at progression.
