The operating condition of RH degasser during decarburization was optimized by constructed decarburization model. It was confirmed that carbon content was almost homogeneity in ultra low carbon area by simulation of molten steel fluid flow inmolten steel. The defects of products refused by controlling oxygen content in molten steel that has some bat influences upon cleanness of steel. By methods above, it was possible to decrease carbon content under 20 ppm in all ultra low carbon steel.
