Engro Chemical Pakistan has spun off its fertilizer business into a separate wholly owned subsidiary from January 1st. The new entity is called Engro Fertilizers Limited. As part of the reorganisation, Engro Chemical Pakistan has renamed itself as Engro Corporation Ltd.
