Incitec Pivot in Dyno Nobel takeover bid

Incitec Pivot,Australia's largest fertilizer manufacturer,has announced its intention to acquire a 100% stake in explosives manufacturer Dyno Nobel.Pivot already has a 13% stake in the company,acquired last year,and is proposing to pay A2.80 per share for the remainder,valuing Dyno Nobel at A3.3 billion.
